Graduate IT Infrastructure Engineer

To enable this, we need team members who fully live our OneTeam value which is at the heart of everything we do at Ovarro. Our new Graduate IT Infrastructure Engineer will provide support the internal users of the company’s IT systems regarding all IT matters

You will add impact at Ovarro by;

• Assisting in managing the IT Infrastructure, delivering security upgrades and roll-outs, migrations, projects and business as usual IT Support.
• Resolving internal customer queries and technical issues within SLA’s.
• Maintaining IT infrastructure, servers, client devices and network services.
• Managing and auditing internal software licensing.

Candidates should possess;

• Knowledge of configuring network devices (Firewalls, Layer 3 and 2 switches, Access Points)
• Experience of working with Microsoft Office 365 & Azure
• Ability to manage medium/large scale projects
• A suitable degree or Relevant industry qualifications: CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Azure Administrator Associate
